Extraordinary success at the 2024 OCR European Championships<\/span><\/h1><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From the <\/span>12 to 16 June 2024<\/b>, sports fans were able to witness the<\/span> OCR European Championship 2024<\/b>, held in the picturesque town of Fondo Grande, in the district of <\/span>Folgaria in Alpe Cimbra<\/span><\/i>. The event saw the participation of athletes from all over Europe, who competed in various disciplines, highlighting sporting excellence and the growing popularity of <\/span>Obstacle Course Racing<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Five Days of Exciting Competitions<\/b><\/h3>

Athletes competed in different categories, from<\/span> 100 meter supersprint<\/b> at the <\/span>3km Short Race<\/b>, from the <\/span>Standard Race of 12 km<\/b> at the <\/span>Team Relay<\/b>, without forgetting the <\/span>Fun Race<\/b> open to all <\/span>competitions dedicated to children<\/b>. The focal point was the 100 meter circuit with 12 obstacles arranged along a linear course, where the athletes showcased their incredible speed, balance, agility and technique.<\/span><\/p>

Italian records and performances<\/b><\/h3>

The <\/span>route record<\/b> of little more than <\/span>26 seconds<\/b>, established by a <\/span>Polish athlete<\/b>, came close to breaking the world record, demonstrating the very high level of the competition, <\/span>but our Italian athletes also gave us great satisfaction. The Twins <\/span>d'Ambruoso<\/b>, <\/span>Francesca <\/b>and <\/span>Elizabeth <\/b>they placed respectively at <\/span>first and second place<\/b> in the<\/span> Female master category<\/b>,<\/span> Sara Beggio<\/b> to the <\/span>second place<\/b> in the <\/span>Female Youth category<\/b>, <\/span>Alberto Miotti <\/b>medal of <\/span>bronze <\/b>in the <\/span>junior category<\/b>, <\/span>Yuri Prices<\/b> gold medal<\/b> in the <\/span>Adaptive category<\/b> as well as many other wonderful performances and individual experiences from all the representatives of our national team.<\/span><\/p>

After the individual competitions, the <\/span>100 meter relay race <\/b>in which 4 athletes each shared a stretch of the route with obstacles to overcome, here too Italy stood out with the quartet made up of <\/span>Alberto Miotti<\/b>, <\/span>Valentino De Vanna<\/b>,<\/span> Francesca Dambruoso<\/b> And <\/span>Giulia Pieralli<\/b> finishing in second place.<\/span><\/p>

In addition to the "<\/span>speed<\/span><\/i>\u201d sui <\/span>100 meters <\/b>the blue colors also conquered the other distances <\/span>several podiums both in the Elite category<\/b> both in age categories, which gives us hope for the youth and future of these athletes, despite the strong competition from athletes belonging to other cultural and technical training schools.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
